Hotel is placed in a quiet residential area, just 8 minutes from the Lido pier, 15 minutes by vaporetto from San Mark_s square, close to all the amenities. A small typical venetian canal allows watertaxi just at the entrance of the hotel.

Rooms vary in size and are tastefully decorated in modern style. They are luminous and comfortable, well equipped and in good condition. Bathrooms also are in very good condition.
