Emporda Golf

The resort underwent significant renovations in 2020 and boasts two 18-hole courses: the Links Course and the Forest Course. Both courses were designed by renowned architect Robert von Hagge and feature his signature characteristics, which demand players to utilize a range of techniques and strokes to overcome the challenges presented. These courses mark Robert von Hagge's initial design project in Spain. Empordà Links is an 18-hole course that evokes the traditional seaside courses in the UK and Ireland, characterized by its dunes, lakes and strategically placed bunkers. Measuring 6,746 yards, this course demands not only excellent ball-striking skills, but also creativity and imagination to score well. Empordà Forest offers a different experience to Empordà Links as it meanders through a typical Mediterranean pine forest. The course is designed with rolling fairways carved through the trees, providing shelter from the wind. However, players should be cautious of the large lakes that can disrupt their game.
