The 18-hole championship course is one of the best planned and most difficult to play in the Mediterranean, with four par fives and seven ponds.
For instance, the longest course in Spain, the 609-meter "Green Monster" (number No. 6, par 5), is regarded as the pinnacle of golf for the ambitious player. Each shot must avoid bunkers and water hazards as the hole plays uphill.
A short distance later, the "Eine Liebe auf Mallorca" (No. 8, par 4) tee gives a breathtaking vista of Camp de Mar's bay.
