Ras Al Hamra Golf Club

Ras Al Hamra is a unique 18-hole golf course in Oman, known for being the country's first fully floodlit golf course. Designed by Graham Marsh Golf Design, it offers a par 71 layout with cleverly placed multiple tees and large double greens, allowing for a range of yardages from 5,400 to 6,500 yards. The course is situated amidst arid wadi and coastal hillsides, showcasing a desert-style design that blends with the surrounding Omani environment. Originally opened as a sand course in 1969, it has since been transformed into a grass course with established trees and native shrubs, providing a scenic and challenging golfing experience.
