Built in art deco and renovated in 2006, the hotel consists of two buildings connected to each other through a large flower-filled terrace and an interior courtyard. It has 69 rooms. The facilities include a lobby with a reception (open 24 hours out of 24), a safe-box, 2 lifts, a bar, a small meeting room (max 20 people). The hotel offers the possibility to park the cars in front of the entrance, down the road, (subject to availability) and the possibility to rent bikes on site.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, close to shops, bars and restaurants, a few minutes walk from the pier and from the famous golden beaches of Lido. It is just at 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. Nearby there is a golf course of 18 holes.

The rooms are medium-sized and have colors and custom furniture. They offer all the comforts of a 4 star hotel.
